Bankers pay

The IMF chief, Christine L:agarde, in her speech to the World Economic Forum in January, said that bankers' pay should be cut to close the gap between the rich and poor. "Excessive inequality" she said "is corrosive to growth; it is corrosive to society. I believe that the economics profession and the policy community have downplayed inequality for too long." **

Well the equality should be there and never be dropped at any cost, then the case may look more bright if the existence of rich and poor may become equal.
