Well, there's a well argued case.
Well, let's add the following. I previously held a PEP with Charles Scwab, who seemed to have pulled out of the UK, and now I'm lumbered with a Barclays ISA instead. I tried to phone them about something, and whenever your phone Charles Scwab, if they didn't answer almost immediately, the even applogies for the delay. Twelve minutes into the 'your call is important to us' bull, I gave up waiting for someone to answer the phone. Looks like I'll have to write to them to cancel my account.
