Barclays No Contact Cards

Hopefully either Barclays and their customers will solve all the security problems before it gets to all the other banks or Barclays will loose lots of money and/or customers and some of the other banks will realise that it isn't such a good idea after all.

Alternatively perhaps an RF shielded wallet would help?

Gareth.

Apparently they're already on sale - I can't remember where, but I saw one recently.

You're right!

You can't use oyster if it's in the same wallet as the Barclaycard.

Tim.

The MIFARE access protocol is designed to find and address a single card even if multiple ones are presented. Maybe it isn't used like that in practice, but the cards should certainly obey that protocol.
