If you have just one store, you can do it right in the software. All you have to do is purchase the cards and a loyalty program add on. Microsoft has released a loyalty program add-on for the beer, wine, liquor vertical and you can also get a loyalty program add-on from Retail Realm. This option requires more of an up front investment, but you don't get dinged every time you swipe a gift or loyalty card.

As Greg mentions, if you have a single store, gift cards can be managed directly within RMS. If you have a multi-store environment, GNS Partners offers a Global Gift Card solution that works with HeadQuarters and is software-based, so there are no service fees or usage fees once you have purchased and implemented the software.
