Best ISA Rates - Transfers from Icesave

There must be millions of pounds in Icesave ISAs which people are going to want to transfer somewhere.

It will be interesting to see what actions the banks take to attract these customers; I bet they make some attractive offers to catch them in.

The best I can find at the moment is 6.6% AER Natwest - any better offers (yet)?

Do Natwest accept transfers in? Some (such as Egg, which has a good rate) don't of course. Best bet is to look at the tables on websites such as

. I note that we will have up until April next year to decide where to put our ISA's so we've got plenty of time to do a bit of research!

From what I understand, this won't be a normal transfer. You'll remove the money from the ISA into your linked account. You will then open a new ISA with the money (before 5th April 2009). You will get a certificate to confirm that this is valid ISA money so you won't be limited to 3600.
