Can Gold Go Bad?

Ok - so, if there is Radio Activity in Texas - and there is. And this Radio Activity can infect things such as Gold Bars and Related. Then can things like the entire United States Reserve of Gold Bars Stored in Texas become infected with Radio Activity? Yes.

The entire reserve has been sitting in a Texas place called Fort Knocks for about 38 Years. I would not put that in my pocket.

There is only one way to check the Radio Activity Level of Gold Bars. Litmus paper is no good because the testing sample can become infected due to Level of Radiation in the State of Texas alone. The proper way to check the Radio Activity Level of a Gold Bar is to bring it to Neutral area and check it with a clean Geiger Counter. (This is a Geiger Counter that has not been exposed to more than Level 6 parts per Million of Radio Active Particles in the environment. Also the Geiger Counter should have a field test done in a Hospital X-Ray Department)

Have a nice Day!

You've watched a couple of James Bond films too many :)

Very wise. Your trowsers would fall down.

Also Litmus paper tests acidity.

It just needs to compare the radiation near the gold with the background radiation in the area. I believe Fort Knox was chosen for the vault because the area is unlikely to be exposed to floods, earthquakes, radiation and so on. Gold is also a very stable metal. Ornaments have been buried without too much care to be recovered thousands of years later in reasonable condition.

Another yank myth. It was all turned into bombs and dropped on Iraq.

But don't go looking you will never find it.
