it does not work still to this day how are we to check our account if we can't access them or pay our bills ?

Ever thought of ringing them up?
They seem to have got a new web site and you have to re-register to get access to the new system. I just set up my account there and logged in, so it definitely does work.

Yes, you do need to re-register your details again.
I've had no problems logging in in the past 24 hours. The URL is www .capitaloneonline .co.uk (with out spaces)
