I was a small shareholder in Logica, now taken over (almost?) by CGI. I've received a letter about exercising my 'options', which I'll study. But I'd welcome any comments or informal advice from anyone else in a similar position please, as this stuff tends to make my eyes glaze over.
Take the option that produces the most money.
I had some shares in ANBS. When they were absorbed into Satander I was offered a number of options. I took the option to let them buy my shares rather than let them sell the share for me on the open market. Nothing has gone through yet!
