The only people who will make money will be the people selling the book. At $100 per copy you'll find much better value at any local book shop. If you can't be bothered to get to your high street, follow this link

The official fix for this is to express links like this - as referred to in RFC 1738 .
It doesn't always work with Microsoft products, natch.
