I would like to know how one would change 10000 pounds sterling into polish zloty with the lowest amount of fees and best rate.

are you loking for a commercial transfer of the money or are you looking to buy cash.
I can't actually answer your question, but I doubt anyone else can withouit this information, though if it's cash your after I think you might find getting that quantity from one place (outside Poland) will be quite hard
