Could someone with experience please advise on the cheapest and easiest way to transfer/convert Euros from Spain to England. Talking about approximately E300 to E500 at a time.

In what form are the Euros delivered to you, and where do you get your hands on them, Spain or UK?

I have also just found out (on the web) that Banco Haifax Hispania will charge 0.2% (minimum E1.80) for a transfer of less than E12,500). Whether they use a good rate of exchange or not I do not know.
