Convicted IFA

May 21, 2005 1 Replies

I recently discovered my financial advisor has a conviction for benefit fraud. Can anyone tell me if such a person is supposed to be practising as an authorised IFA, after obtaining a criminal conviction. This person is still currently authorised by the FSA and was convicted in

2003.

Unless someone could elaborate or you contact the FSA
