Just to continue the Debit card and CCA discussion a bit ...
My ISP has recently stopped accepting Visa Delta debit cards as a monthly payment option. They said
" indeed we used to take Visa Delta for continuous authority payments, however our bank has become more strict with its rules and in particular is enforcing the rules that Delta and Switch cards can't be used for this sort of payment."
I was under the assumption that Visa Delta debit cards and Visa credit cards could be used _more or less_ in the same way, it appears that is not the case. It also had me wondering how many online suppliers who accept Visa Delta cards for CCAs may have to change.
