They did but only the extended ones (not many of them were sold) the normal one years guarantees is not being honoured. I should know I have one.

What manufacturer's warranty? He bought from Powerhouse, his contract is with them.

Powerhouse bought the manufactures guarantee apparently (i have yet to see evidence of this) and then merrily went bust.

The one printed in Bushes booklet under "GUARANTEE" I beleive they should be jointly and singlurly liable. (in a just world). I will amend my .sig file to include Bush (its only fair) as they won't cough up either.

The manufacturer might be nice and honour the terms of the warranty. They are under no obligation to, but it is worth a try.

They will do this if I send it to them (7) + send 8 to cover costs. I won't be buying from them either in future, I know of other faulty Bush products too.
