Hi, I hope someone can help me. I am a recently discharged bankrupt, and gave a list of creditors etc to my trustee. I have since found that someone who owed me some money was not approached by the trustee for payment. Am I entitled to this money, technically they are in breach of contract ( between myself and him ) for not paying this money. Many thanks in advance.
