Your posting wasn't asking anything, it was just telling us a story about what you did when you got a CCJ and how it's now satisfied. What's your point?

Try posting again with something that makes sense. It was rambling, some sentences made no sense at all,and it really wasn't clear what you were saying or wanted.

For example;

"I ignored the court papers and played the solicitors about two months after papers ware issued"

??????

I didn't bother reading much beyond that.

Sorry questions are at the end of the last paragraph.

The Company that asked courts to have CCJ registered against my name are will willing to writ me a letter saying that they have no issues with this CCJ to be cancelled completely? Is this possible to do so its wiped of my credit file completely not just marked as satisfied?

I would find it unusual for a company to remove a CCJ, unless you paid the CCJ off within 28 days of judgement. After that, you can only have it marked as satisfied. The only other way you could have it removed, is by having the CCJ "set-aside", but this can only occur if you can convince the court that the CCJ was issued in error, ie, issued to the wrong person or address. You could make a "notice of correction", which you can use to explain why you got into debt in the first place and what you did to sort it out. It must be a true statement/

By having it marked as satisfied how much difference should it make.will it give me better credit rating, like I said at the moment with Experian its at

Depends on the company you're applying for credit with - some will consider it very bad and turn you down point blank, whilst others may overlook it, still provide you with credit, but give you a bum deal on the rate of interest they charge you, as you will be considered a poor risk. You just need to shop around.
