It looks like maybe its a charity maybe to do with the army?/

Chances are its legit, a company putting its statements through another (FYD in your case) for various reasons. Its bloody irritating when they do that and dont tell you upfront. Does the amount or the date ring a bell?

If not I'd be inclined to report it to your CC co as iffy and get it bounced. If there is a charge if it turned out to be legit, the company should pick it up for not being clear about their practice.

FWIW a google search just for the address "82 WHITCHURCH ROAD" gives *many* different companies (maybe as many as 300!!) , you might try that and see if any seem familiar. One of them is a company that registers other companies, you could give them a ring maybe they could help. OTOH bouncing the charge seems like a good idea just to teach them a lesson.
