There was report in the Metro today that EL are close to dropping the case against the former Directors as well. Vanni Treves really doesn't give a damn how much of the pension's funds he fritters away. He is then critical of any member who threatens to sue EL.

Largely correct. For those with eyes to see or ears to hear, there were rumblings about ELAS for years.

For every EL loser there is an EL winner. The latter group just keeps quiet.
