First of all, i want to apologise for my poor english.
My gandmother died (in the hospital) last month, and now we want to sell her house.
The entire house is in order (all modern comfort) and cleaned. There is no need to repair anything or to change the wallpaper, paint, ...
The reason why i post this real-estate in the UK is becouse of its historical value. It is located across the 'vestingen' where there are English war-monuments & war-cemetary's. (Its the street where the 'Rijselpoort' is located !!)
Its a great location for a bed & breakfast or as a second house for the holiday's. The neighbour next door is also from the UK (londen). The realestates in Belgium are much cheaper than in the UK !!
