Nope, they'd give you more information than that .. like what's the mortgagee's attitude to risk.
Personally, based on zero extra data, I'd go for repayment, linked to savings/current account (offset), assuming I could find one with the right mortgage rate, cap/fixed interest period, upfront charges (lack of) etc. etc. No surprises that way.
