Does anyone have any theories and knowledge why the Gresham House investment trust seems to be trading at such a massive discount, the price seems to be flat, and there is little volume in trading.
I am finding there is not a huge amount of recent data on this trust, but they did indicate back in March that they may spin off their property porfolio into a REIT as soon as possible.

As an aside I remember watching a fascinating series on GHE during the last boom, which is the only time business seems to attract the media's eye. This was, of course before they stopped producing programmes for those with a brain.
