Has anyone ever signed up for Cahoot on line?

I tried to sign up for Cahoot on line last night. It kept on telling me "Session Timeout". It would appear that the timeout for entering

*all* of the security stuff is ridiculously short. I eventually managed to type it all in within the time limit allowed (and I'm not a particularly slow typist) but I'm sure some people wouldn't ever manage it. There are two screens of information and both are spaced out such that you have to scroll the window to complete it so that slows you down as well.

Having got the security stuff in I started on the other details (like address, income, etc., etc.) and *that* started giving me "Session Timeout" too.

Now when I re-login to Cahoot it says:-

You are unable to access your account at this time. Please call our Contact Centre on 0870 6000 655 for more information.

How do they get any customers?

Yes, for most of them, and that's what I did but the last one is a pair of buttons (if you see what I mean) and you really need to be able to see the buttons and then click on one of them to progress to the next page.

You can Tab to the buttons and they will appear and you *can* Tab to the second button and hit return to go to the next page but it's not an intuitive way to navigate. It is actually what I did finally when I managed to do things within the timeout.
