Hi all, hope someone can help on this. I am trying to find a mortgage for a holiday home, but have been told that because it will be empty at some point in the year, there are problems.
Any advice?

Who told you, and what problems?
Yes, dont post your internet address in the clear unless you want extra spam
Insurance, and mortgage security if you are relying on rental income.
