Just thought I would pass on the info that Cahoot have decided to only pass on part of the recent rate rise (0.15% instead of 0.25%) and at the same time they are increasing the overdraft rate from 12.3% to 13.3%.
Looks like its downhill from here.....:-(

No sign of that. I've sent an appropriate 'contact us' message. Presumably they will try to claw back the result their management errors somehow.
