Home Insurance With Home Business

I am hoping to start a small mail order business from home as a sole trader with no employees. I would be running the business from a small boxroom in my house, and there would be no customers calling to the house, though I would retain up to £2000 of stock in the room of my house.

I would also have several deliveries made to my house by suppliers (probably under 10 deliveries per year). Though because the house fronts directly onto a minor public road (there is no front garden/yard or footpath) the delivery person would never actually be on my property. Delivery would just consist of a regular-size cardboard box.

I was wondering if anyone can suggest any insurance companies which might cover buildings insurance for my house, as if someone is doing anything other than simple paperwork, a lot of companies do not seem to supply buildings/house insurance (btw, I'm not looking for contents insurance).

Can anyone suggest any insurance companies which might be able to help, as I have tried most of the well known companies. Thanks
