should be the new advertising slogan for the world's most incompetent bank. When failing to provide a new debit card do you cancel the old one anyway and wait for the customer to notice ? What happens to the customers in shops that don't take credit cards or have used all their credit limit (not unheard of at this time of year) or are stuck paying for something (like petrol) they've already taken ? I can see them reaching for the rubber stamp with "not our problem". It was incompetence on a similar scale that made me leave the previous bank.

Rubbish, they're not distinct. It's not just those who don't mess up who complain.

If you want them to call you "Dr Burke" it might help if you went in with a stethoscope around your neck next time.
