I got out about three years ago, when they said that they weren't passing on a base rate increase because customers didn't want them to.

Mind you this stance would have been OK if similarly they refused to pass on a base rate _decrease_ because customers didn't want them to :)

Given their interest rates, I am unsure why you would be with them.
