Invest in Bulgarian property

But why would I invest in Bulgaria when I wouldn't be allowed to take the money out of the country when I sell the property?

If it's anything like Romania then people often buy and sell property in Euros or USD and it is easy to (legally) move them in/out.

Can non Bulgarians own land in Bulgaria though?
