Anyone know anything about this voting paper I got in the post this morning to vote in an extraordinary AGM for Friends Provident and merger wit ISIS Asset Management?
Haven't heard anything about it?

I received my voting pack this morning. I did try and read it honest.
But with over 90 pages of legalese and finance speak I conceded defeat. I even looked on their website for a FAQ on the subject to no avail.
Can anyone translate?
What are we voting for? Or against?
Is there another windfall in the offing? I do have a small policy with FP and have still got the free shares from last time something big happened.
