Does anybody know....
When the Financial Ombudsman Service investigates a body (that is governed by the FSA) over a complaint, does the body being investigated have to pay a fee at all?
I have read all the literature, and I know that the person who originally complained against the body does NOT have to pay for the investigation, but it is unclear about the body being investigated.
Any help appreciated.
