Is a consumer credit licence required?

The company I work for issues invoices to other organisations and individuals for services provided. On the invoices the company send out, it provides payment terms of 30 days from date of invoice for the debtor to pay the invoice. Is this just a payment term or is it actually providing credit, and if so, does it mean that they need a consumer credit licence to be able to offer the 'payment within 30 days'?

Normal trade credit does not require a CCL.
