Not definite, but looks like they might stay unchanged.
The stuff about the childcare tax credit "for parents earning up to 59,000" is bollox, I expected better from Motley Fool. Most parents earning considerably below 59,000 wouldn't be entitled to any childcare tax credit. They are confusing it with the income limit for the family element of the CTC. Which, for the second year running, has been frozen (no inflation increase).
More spin. They'll make it definite in the budget, just before the election. Of course they could have just set the limit at 3,000 in the first place with the option to reduce it, but then it wouldn't feel like they were giving us something every time they decided not to reduce it.
thats great news.
