anyone got any advice they can give me....have jsut turned 30 and feel that i should have already sorted out a pension!!! my company will give me an 8% pension of my salary to put in a private scheme but i have no idea where to start looking or what questions to ask....any advice would be greatly appreciated. cheers c

Indeed - it's a good age to start.
8% of salary sounds good - it's essentially free money. Check what happens if you leave the company early.Basic info. here -
I think he meant to say, try a respectable, preferably recommended IFA.
