Liquidation

Is there an agreed upon formula for calcuating the value of a insolvent company that has gone in creditors voluntary liquidation ?

Let's say they have X creditors, have Y assets, Z unrealised debitors, and turnover of T, and a loss of L last year.

Something very rough would be useful.

Of course there's the matter of will all the Zs pay and are the Ys worth Y in a distress sale?

Irrelevent to the calculation.

Tim

sorry, I mis-understood what you were asking.

oops,

Tim
