Can anybody recommend a website for our Limited Company formation?
We would prefer a Registered Office address in London (where we are based), but would not want to use our own office address, as it may be an interim location to start.
We have already decided our name, and we will register our own internet domains.
Also, are there any drawbacks to getting a formation that comes with a company bank account set-up?

We also provide a London based registered office service for £110 per annum. The office is situated on Margaret Street in the West End of London.
I recommend you chose your own bank account based on the offers available at the time. Most banks will require you to arrange a meeting with them following incorporation so have a look to see which of the High Street banks are offering the best deal and go with them.
