Why cant the FSA extend its scope to cover things like this?
Why not, spam is a common occurence, certainly not unbelivable.

Indeed. For example, tip no 5 'cut up your credit cards' to save costs...which would >cost< me money, since I'd lose the free 10K I've got, free protection buying stuff over the net, and free airmiles.
