Hi there,

Can anyone recommend me an "IFA" or even a building society. I would like to apply for my first mortgage.

I need to borrow £450,000. I am able to provide a £175,000 deposit.

That's some serious sums for a "first" mortgage!

Can you prove an income of at least 130-150Kpa, or will you be looking to "self-certify"?
