NS&I Rate changes

The accounts and investments affected are: Direct ISA, Cash ISA, Premium Bonds, Income Bonds, Investment Account and Easy Access Savings Account. The new rates come into effect on 19 November 2008, apart from Direct ISA (7 November 2008) and Premium Bonds (1 December 2008).
