You need to wait until it has arrived unfortunately. Did they give you no indication when you ordered it? Call them again and check they have actually sent it.
I ordered the new Amazon credit card (it's a Halifax card) Quoted time for receiving it was 'within 10 days'. Took a month :-( Hope yours arrives a bit quicker!
