Overdraft charges

Not being personally affected, I have not followed the issue closely. What's the current situation regarding the "excessive" overdraft charges?

Or did you mean that people should only be allowed to try and find things out using automated search engines? That's an interesting proposal, but not one that would be accepted by anyone more intelligent than a flatworm.

Aye, but it doesn't alter the fact that many people dash off a question to a newsgroup or forum because they're too lazy to spend a couple of minutes finding out for themselves. I have a great deal more sympathy for someone who has tried to find the answer to a query and then asks for help or clarification. I somehow don't think the OP comes into that claasification.....
