In your opinion what is teh best Personal Finance software for the PC? I was thinking more along the lines of free/shareware rather than the mega-bloated Quicken and MSMoney. Any recommendations would be gratefully accepted.

Any spreadsheet will be an improvement.
I like Gnucash. But I think it is Linux only.
