does anyone know of a online summary for the requirements of a UK Plc to report significant events to the market?
I'm really after time limits, amount of information etc etc

For UK *listed* companies, RNS is the main source lists: ? The Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority ? The Alternative Investment Market Rules ? The Panel on Takeover and Mergers (POTAM) Rules
