I recently asked about shaving the corner off these cards so a blind person could orient it. Duh! Just noticed there is a k kink three quarters of the way down the trailing edge, just for this purpose.
And with other cards, as previously discussed, the row of smaller digits, expiry date etc, together with the main card number provides orientation.
