I have done a search prior to posting but strangely, cannot find an answer to this.
A credit card payment has been made for goods not received.
My daughter purchased an item online using her credit card, due to a lengthy delivery time she canceled the order via the company's online system, this was acknowledged via auto reply stating a personal contact would follow.
No personal reply materialised so further emails were sent, again auto replies no no human contact.
Whilst on holiday the item was attempted to be delivered but returned to the sorting office, again email sent, auto reply but no human response.
Eventually a recorded delivery letter was sent outlining attempts to contact and stating repayment of credit card payment was expected within
10 days.No reply so she contacted the credit card company, they state that as
100 days have elapsed they cannot do anything. Can anyone advise as to the position please.
