Recently purchased a few.I did not receive the normal Certificate. Instead got a letter showing purchases Have National Savings abolished the Bond Certificate in favour of a 'letter' Despite contacting National Savings I cannot get an answer. Peter,

I get a new 'bond' each time I get a prize re-invested

No, I get a bond each time I buy one. They have changed the way they look recently, but it's still a bond
