I see Provident Financial are offering some more 7% bonds, maturing in

2017.

I already own some from their previous offering where the asset is up a couple of %.

Any thoughts ? Is another bond issue scary ?

The Investors Chronicle seems to like them, but if you have any faith in that rag for recommendations is up to you.
