Anybody shed some light on this character, he took my money for a service he said was guaranteed (full refund if not happy (well I am VERY not happy)). When he did not provide the goods, and I asked for my money back, he now will not respond to my letters, emails etc. Anybody had the same experience?
It is forcing me to drive up to his place on my next visit to the UK, can anybody give me some addresses of where I might find him? I suspect he may well be out when I call!
