Without knowing what type of business it is - in short no. Try The Wollongong Pig Breeders Gazette or Power Generation World for a start.

Obviously any investment advertisement may need to be approved by an authorised person unless it is exempt under the Financial Services Act 1986.

Does advertising to sell part of your business or to seek a sleeping partner or active partner or just business partner, is that covered under the Financial Services Act 1986? It is a small high quailty wooden products manufacturing workshop/factory unit located in Eastern Europe, nothing complicated. All production is exported to UK/EU.

Are you a medical doctor, academic doctor or internet doctor?

It must be an internet one from a 'prestigious non accredited university'
