Spent over half an hour on the 10 minute survey. Got, presumably, from the context, almost to the end, and the thing failed to go further. Apart from the waste of time, it was badly constructed, badly worded, and a great deal was irrelevant. Using the "accessible" version there was no option to select no option on the irrelevant bits.
