AFAIK this would indeed be an investment business requiring authorisation.

That's what I thought, and that's also why I prefered to ask as, for the moment, I had only asked company formation (ready-made - off the shelf)/domiciliation companies, and they all answered "no authorization required". It seemed pretty strange to me.

See, I don't plan to do it myself, I don't have the qualifications. I would just be the shareholder, and hire a highly-skilled employee (business degree required) to run everything. I have some money to invest myself, and thought I could use it to start my own business after all.
